In Qigong, Earth is connected to the Spleen and Stomach —organs that govern digestion, nourishment, and our ability to cultivate stability. Earth teaches us to find balance, cultivate compassion, and be deeply rooted in the present moment. Through slow, grounding movements and focused breath, we clear stagnation, promote digestion, and restore our inner sense of balance. As we connect to the Earth, we nurture our body, mind, and spirit, creating space for renewal and nourishment.
This module blends theory, philosophy, and practice — exploring meridians, organs, nature’s cycles, food, taste, emotion, imbalances, physiognomy, acupressure, meditation, and Qigong form.
