Why this approach to Qigong Teacher Training…

Qigong is a path of cultivation, refinement, and embodiment — it can’t be rushed. Gong means skill, and true skill requires dedication.

In the past, I’ve offered group-based training with only a few days of in-person learning or limited support sessions. While this provides a foundation, it doesn’t allow for the depth of practice and integration needed to develop real skill and confidence as a teacher. It can also send the wrong message—that Qigong can be learned quickly and taught after just a handful of sessions.

That’s why my accredited Qigong Teacher Training is now only available via mentorship.

This approach ensures:

  • Deeper Integration – Learn through ongoing guidance, not just theory.

  • Personalised Support – One-on-one sessions refine your practice and teaching.

  • Flexibility & Depth – Choose your own learning path while maintaining strong foundations.

  • Integrity in Certification – Certification reflects deep practice and embodiment, not just attendance.

This shift honors the essence of Qigong, a lifelong journey, not a short-term course.
