Module 22: Eight Sections of Brocade Qigong

A Gateway to Classical Qigong

Dating back to the Song Dynasty (960–1279), Eight Sections of Brocade—also known as Ba Duan Jin or Eight Pieces of Brocade. It is a foundational Classical Qigong form that cultivates strength, flow, and energetic balance. Simple yet profound, it offers a direct pathway into deeper practice, helping you refine your Qi and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms.

This form is shared as it was passed down by Master Wang of Wang Zhi Ping Tai Chi School, Yangshuo, China — preserving its classical essence while allowing space for your own embodied experience.
