I’m Nicole Lee – an internationally certified Qigong teacher, trained in both Modern and Classical Qigong styles

I teach and mentor individuals in Qigong, Shen Gong, and Daoist Meditation helping them develop life-nurturing practices. Qigong enhances the body's energy flow, while Shen Gong addresses the psyche's energy to resolve emotional experiences, symptoms of imbalance and dis-ease.
