Module 9: Metal Element - Theory & Practices

The Metal element is the breath of life

Refining, clarifying, and shaping how we move through the world. In Qigong, it’s linked to the Lungs and Large Intestine, teaching us to take in what nourishes us and release what we no longer need. Metal Element practices cultivate resilience, integrity, and spaciousness. Movements clear stagnation, deepen breath, and support the body’s natural rhythm of renewal.

This module weaves together theory, philosophy, and practice—exploring meridians, organs, nature’s cycles, food, taste, emotion, imbalances, physiognomy, acupressure, meditation, and Qigong form.
