Module 5: Shibashi Qigong

Graceful, flowing, and deeply restorative…

Shibashi Qigong, pronounced Shi-ba-sha, consists of eighteen forms or movements, created by Professor Lin Housheng in 1979.

The name Shibashi (十八式) literally means "18 forms" in Chinese. This self-directed study course focuses on Set 1—the most well-known and widely practiced of the Shibashi series.

As one of the most popular contemporary Qigong forms, Shibashi blends fluid, gentle movements with presence, making it both accessible and transformative for practitioners of all levels.
